Lisa Dike

After 30 years in the Medical and Dental field I began to explore a career change that would allow me to work one on one with individuals in their search for overall well-being. Massage became an interest as I began seriously exploring my own health and wellness goals. I discovered first hand that massage and bodywork can help release chronic muscular tension and pain, improve circulation, and reduce mental and physical fatigue and stress. After my initial training I have continued my education, studying additional modalities such as hot stone therapy, myofascial release, trigger point therapy and Traditional Thai Massage. I also received my national board certification in massage therapy. I incorporate these different techniques and modalities into each bodywork session to achieve what an individual needs for mind and body that day; be it a gentle flowing full-body massage or a clinical massage focusing on specific areas.

Kiersten Olivetti

My journey into the healing arts began when I sought alternative relief from chronic bad posture and anxiety. My personal experience showed me that the body holds our emotional and physical past. Through body work, I was able to change my posture, which decreased my anxiety, resolved my musculoskeletal pain, and improved the way I carried myself through life. My time spent earning a Bachelor’s degree in Wellness and Alternative Medicine inspired me to heal and guide through body-work – Conventional medicine has its shortcomings when it comes to healing the relationship between mind, body, and soul! I’m in this profession to help people see themselves clearly, without chronic muscular pain and debilitating stress. I’ve received further education in Traditional Thai massage, fire cupping, hot stones, Shiatsu, CranioSacral techniques, Shamanic studies, and vibrational healing.
